Musco Light Up Flintoff's Charity Match All smiles after the match – Team photo for Musco Lighting Europe Ltd. Musco Lighting Europe Ltd helped boost funds for Andrew Flintoff's benefit match by donating four of their mobile lighting rigs to enable the match to be played well into the evening on the 24th August. Crowds gathered to watch some of England's top players, who were on form following their International challenges against Pakistan. Andrew Flintoff thrilled the crowds with his appearance on the pitch to meet his fans. “The night was a great success with the England side defeating Lancashire off the last ball of the game. Over 10,000 fans were rewarded with a thrilling game of cricket watched under Musco's Mobile Lighting Rigs”. Geoff Durbin, Marketing Manager at Old Trafford commented. The occasion was part of Andrew “Freddie” Flintoff's benefit year, and in association with this over £25,000 was raised for Leukaemia Research and the Kirsty Appeal at the event. Although Andrew missed playing at the match through injury, he excited the crowds by meeting and signing autographs during play.
